Expeditors in Italy is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support routine accounting operations and collaborate with local branches. You will match invoices, prepare payment schedules, reconcile discrepancies and help cost accounting and billing in a global logistics environment.

Fluent in English and Italian is required, along with strong MS Office skills. Eligible to work in the EU and able to work independently or within a team.

• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).

• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Assist in routine accounting operations.
• Match amounts in A/P system to vendor invoices.
• Prepare and issue schedules of payments.
• Reconcile and resolve invoice issues.
• Build relationships with vendors to resolve invoices.
• File invoices and related documents.
• Support accounting with miscellaneous projects.
• Ensure communication with local branches.
• Collaborate with Operations to support cost accounting and billing.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
