Iveco Group in Italy seeks a sales professional to develop hydraulic products and systems across Northern Italy. You will define targets for assigned customers and explore OEM/dealer opportunities from Italian plants, shaping customer development strategies and collaborating with product specialists to capitalize on new business opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in hydraulic/off-highway technical sales, strong English, MS Office skills, and willingness to travel within the country.

Position Summary

Develop sales areas for hydraulic products and systems in Italy, mainly in Northern Italy.

Main opportunities and challenges:

Opportunity to operate in a dynamic multi-channel environment with a wide range of products and systems to offer to customers who manufacture a wide variety of applications in the Mobile & Industrial sector.

Main Responsabilities

• Defining and achieving sales targets for assigned customers
• Identifying new opportunities related to OEM and dealer customers served directly by Italian plants
• Participating in defining the customer development strategy and related applications in the assigned area
• Collaborating with colleagues who are specialists in application solutions or product development to refine the search for and realization of new business opportunities

Job Position and Requirements

Education:

High School 5 years related experience in Sales Department

Professional Background:

• Technical training and/or experience in the hydraulic sector
• At least 5 years' experience in the hydraulic/off-highway technical sales sector
• Good knowledge of English
• MS Office software package
• Willingness to travel – mainly within the country, occasionally abroad
• Ability to interact with other company departments

Considered as a plus:

• Knowledge of Hydraulic products
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Hydraulic/Economics (is a plus)
• Advanced MS Excel
