Amazon Italia Services Srl in Rome, Italy is seeking an Accommodation Consultant to support employees and leadership through the accommodation/workplace adjustments process with clear communication and strong organizational skills.

You will manage end-to-end accommodation cases, liaise with HR, Safety, Legal and external partners, ensure compliance with disability laws, and educate teams on complex processes while maintaining high service standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Experience supporting employees on benefits, leave, HR, or employee relations.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Experience with Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Perform accommodation reviews to ensure compliance and support employee requests.
• Coordinate the accommodation process and provide end-to-end case management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to determine and finalize accommodation approvals/denials.
• Maintain system records and ensure timely information/documentation.
• Provide training for employees, managers, HR and others in DLS.
