PwC in Italy seeks a Manager in Strategy & Aerospace and Defence to lead complex, cross-functional projects and shape corporate strategy for senior clients in Europe. You will drive multi-disciplinary execution, mentor teams, and contribute to a national rollout of Strategy & Advisory capabilities.

The role requires a proven track record in strategy consulting (5-7 years) within Aerospace/Defense or similar corporate environments, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel

Competenze

• Proven track record of career progression in strategy consulting (5-7 years) in Aerospace and Defence or similar corporate environments
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional European language a plus

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects and teams to shape corporate strategy and delivery transformations
• Define growth, market, and program strategies for senior clients in Europe and Italy
• Mentor colleagues, build client relationships, and contribute to a national rollout of Strategy & Consulting capabilities
