PwC in Italy seeks a Manager in Strategy & Aerospace and Defence to lead complex, cross-functional projects and shape corporate strategy for senior clients in Europe. You will drive multi-disciplinary execution, mentor teams, and contribute to a national rollout of Strategy & Advisory capabilities.

The role requires a proven track record in strategy consulting (5-7 years) within Aerospace/Defense or similar corporate environments, fluency in Italian and English, and willingness to travel

As a Manager in Strategy& Aerospace and Defence, you lead complex, cross-functional projects and teams to shape corporate strategy and delivery transformations. You’ll work with senior clients in Europe and Italy to define growth, market, and program strategies, while driving multi-disciplinary execution and value realization. You’ll mentor colleagues, build key client relationships, and contribute to a national rollout of Strategy&’s capabilities, with a clear focus on impact and pragmatic implementation.

• Develop and govern corporate and market strategies, and go-to-market plans
• Lead delivery across engagement lifecycles, ensuring on-time and on-budget outcomes

• Proven track record of career progression in strategy consulting (5-7 years) in Aerospace and Defence or similar corporate environments
• Bachelor (and typically a Masters/MBA) from a world-class institution
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems
• Experience leading teams, managing delivery, and handling complex M&A, business planning, and go-to-market work
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional European language a plus
• Willingness to travel internationally and work with senior stakeholders
• Ability to secure follow-on projects and build long-term client relationships
