Consulting Point in Rome, Italy, seeks experienced consultants at Manager, Principal and Partner levels to join its Strategy & Private Equity practice. You will work across the investment lifecycle, focusing on due diligence, value creation, growth strategy, and market entry for PE-backed and corporate clients.

The role offers international platform exposure, senior-level responsibility, and a pivotal position in expanding the Strategy & Private Equity business within an established consulting

Competenze

• Fluent English? (text in ad is English); candidates fluent in Italian and with consulting experience.
• Strong background in strategy or management consulting with PE exposure.
• Proven track record in due diligence, value creation, growth strategy or market entry.

Mansioni

• Perform Commercial Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence across investment lifecycle.
• Lead post-deal value creation and performance improvement initiatives.
• Drive growth strategy, go-to-market planning, and new market entry for portfolio companies.

Location: Italy. | Italian Speaking A leading global strategy consultancy is expanding its Strategy and Private Equity practice and is looking to hire experienced consultants at Manager, Principal and Partner level. This is an opportunity to join an established international consulting platform advising private equity investors, portfolio companies and corporate clients on high-impact strategic and transaction-related mandates. The Role You will work across the investment lifecycle, with a particular focus on: Commercial Due Diligence and Vendor Due Diligence Post-deal Value Creation and Performance Improvement Growth Strategy and Go-to-Market Strategy New Market Entry and International Expansion Portfolio company strategy and transformation Market assessment, competitive positioning and commercial strategy Sector Focus We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across one or more of the following: Consumer Goods | Retail | Industrials | Technology & Software | Energy Candidate Profile We are looking for candidates who: Are fluent Italian speakers Have a strong background within strategy or management consulting Have experience working with Private Equity clients and/or PE-backed businesses Bring a strong track record across CDD, value creation, growth strategy or market entry At Principal and Partner level, can demonstrate strong client relationships, business development and revenue generation At Manager level, have strong project leadership, team management and client-facing capabilities The firm offers an international platform, senior-level exposure and the opportunity to play a significant role in the continued growth of its Strategy and Private Equity business.
