Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service mechanic or similar role (FAT/SAT or tech support).
• Basic knowledge of industrial electrical engineering is a plus.
• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and possibly electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provides 2nd level technical assistance to local R&C Service using CRM (C4C).
• Initiates and registers in Claims & Complaints system for full resolution.
• Delivers 1st level mechanical services in Italy and abroad.
• Performs installation and commissioning on simple and complex systems.
• Supports local R&C GEA Service or end customers where needed.
• Proposes technical solutions for lifecycle problems of machines.
• Gives training guidelines for operating standards and service procedures.
