Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Pune seeks a seasoned Zonal Receivable Manager to drive collections across the vehicle finance portfolio in the Western Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP). You will ensure targets are met, NPAs minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.

Responsibilities include leading a collections team, monitoring performance, and ensuring regulatory compliance across channels while coordinating with agencies and stakeholders across MH, GJ and MP/CG.

Qualifications

• 18–25 years in vehicle finance collections.
• Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management.
• Willing to travel extensively within the zone.
• Base location: Pune with multi-state exposure (MH, GJ & MP/CG).

Responsible for driving collections across the vehicle finance portfolio for Western Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP) India. Ensure recovery targets are met, NPAs are minimized, and legal/repossession actions are executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive bucket-wise collection strategy (90+).


• Ensure legal actions (notices, repossession) are timely and compliant.


• Monitor collection performance, roll rates, and recovery costs.


• Lead MIS/reporting and suggest portfolio-level risk controls.


• Ensure regulatory and process compliance across channels.


• Handle and lead the team of Collection.

KPIs:

• Collection efficiency vs target.


• Roll rate and vintage movement.


• Cost per unit recovery.


• Agency performance and audit scores.


• Legal case resolution TAT.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate/MBA with 18-25 years in vehicle finance collections.


• Strong experience in field recoveries, repossession, and agency management.


• Willing to travel extensively within the zone.


• Base location : Pune (Candidate must have exposure in multi state handling MH, GJ & MP/CG).


• Vertical: Vehicle Finance (Car Loan, Commercial Vehicles Loan, Construction Equipment Loan & Tractor Loan).
