SkillLabs is seeking an experienced collections professional in Jaipur, India, to manage hard bucket recoveries for vehicle finance portfolios. The role requires leading field collections teams, driving timely recoveries, and coordinating with internal teams and agencies to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in vehicle finance collections, strong negotiation skills, and willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Vehicle Finance Collections/Recovery.
• Strong experience in Hard Bucket / Late Bucket Collections.
• Experience in Repossession and Field Collections preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Hard Bucket collections for Vehicle Finance/Auto Loan portfolio.
• Handle overdue and delinquent accounts and drive timely recoveries.
• Monitor field collection teams across the assigned area.
• Ensure achievement of collection and recovery targets.
• Handle repossession and recovery of vehicles as per company policy.
• Track portfolio performance, DPD, bounce cases, and collection efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and field executives for recovery.
• Conduct regular field visits and review team performance.
• Prepare MIS and provide regular collection updates to management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of experience in Vehicle Finance Collections/Recovery.
• Strong experience in Hard Bucket / Late Bucket Collections.
• Experience in Repossession and Field Collections preferred.
• Good knowledge of Auto Loan/Commercial Vehicle/Used Car Finance products.
• Strong team handling, negotiation, and recovery skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
