Job summary

SkillLabs in Delhi is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for Vehicle Loan Collections to lead hard bucket recoveries, oversee field teams, and drive daily performance. You will coordinate with agencies and internal teams, prepare MIS, and ensure timely recoveries while meeting monthly targets.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in vehicle finance collections, strong negotiation skills, travel willingness, and a proven track record in achieving targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Vehicle Loan Collections/Recovery.
• Strong experience in Hard Bucket/Field Collections.
• Experience in managing collection teams and assigned areas.
• Good knowledge of vehicle finance products and collection processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
