Job summary

Meritus Management Service seeks an HR professional to oversee the West Zone with a 60-70% focus on end-to-end recruitment. You will drive manpower planning, sourcing, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations and recruitment MIS across multiple locations, coordinating with stakeholders to meet staffing goals.

The role requires 6+ years of HR experience, strong sourcing, communication, negotiation and MIS skills, and a proven track record in zonal hiring and stakeholder management.
