Job summary

Dotsquares in Jaipur, India seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead large-scale SaaS implementations and digital transformation projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, engage with developers and client technical teams, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across global accounts.

The role requires 12–15 years in SaaS, IT services or enterprise apps, with a strong Agile background and proven ability to grow existing relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and drive ROI.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in SaaS implementations, IT services, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end implementations involving Zoho, Salesforce, or similar SaaS platforms.
• Strong technical background with the ability to engage confidently with developers, architects, and client technical teams.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, project governance, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in resource utilisation, project budgeting, profitability management, and delivery ROI.
• Demonstrated ability to identify upselling opportunities, grow existing accounts, and manage long-term client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and escalation management skills.
• Experience working with international clients and managing cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive end-to-end delivery of complex SaaS implementations and digital transformation programs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional delivery teams, architects, and client tech teams to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Manage governance, risk, budgets, and ROI tracking across multiple global accounts.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing relationships and drive upsell initiatives.
• Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience :
