Think Technology Services is looking for a skilled and experienced professional to manage Zoho implementations, integrations, and support. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Zoho applications and a strong ability to troubleshoot, customize, and deliver seamless client solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Provide implementation and integrations across Zoho and other Cloud applications.
2. Provide technical support and issue resolution across Zoho and other Cloud applications.
3. Configure, customize, and manage Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho CRM & Zoho One and other Cloud Solutions.
4. Conduct product demos for clients and internal teams.
5. Troubleshoot user issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and provide quick resolutions.
6. Assist in workflow automations, blueprints, and integrations.
7. Maintain documentation for configurations, fixes, and processes.
8. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
9. Lead customer onboarding, training, and adoption of Zoho and other Cloud Tools.

Requirements

• Based in Mumbai
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Zoho and Cloud Implementation Projects
