Job summary

Alpha Cloud Technologies is seeking a Zoho Implementation Expert for a fully remote role. You will implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications focusing on Zoho CRM and Zoho One, working directly with clients to translate requirements into practical Zoho solutions.

You will manage end-to-end projects including data migration, workflows, integrations, testing, and Go-Live support, ensuring client success and process optimization across sales, finance, and service functions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on Zoho CRM implementation, configuration, or customization.
• Working knowledge of Zoho ecosystem, especially Zoho CRM and Zoho One.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, or other Zoho apps.
• Understanding of business process mapping, requirement gathering, automation, and CRM best practices.
• Experience with data imports, data cleansing, field mapping, and migration validation.
• Basic knowledge of Deluge scripting, REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot configurations and translate requirements into solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client interactions.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Zoho implementations from requirements to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Configure Zoho CRM modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, rules, and automation.
• Work with Zoho One apps like Zoho Books, Projects, Desk, and Creator.
• Analyze business processes and propose Zoho-driven improvements.
• Set up workflow automations and cross-application workflows.
• Migrate data from spreadsheets and legacy systems with accuracy.
• Assist with API integrations, webhooks, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting.
• Prepare tests, document processes, and support user acceptance testing.
• Deliver client training and ongoing post-implementation support.
• Coordinate project timelines and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues and propose continuous improvements.

About the Role

Alpha Cloud Technologies is looking for a Zoho Implementation Expert who understands how businesses operate and can translate their requirements into practical Zoho solutions.

You will work directly with clients to implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications, with a primary focus on Zoho CRM and Zoho One. The role involves understanding existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, setting up workflows, migrating data, and helping clients get the most out of their Zoho applications.

We are looking for someone who enjoys solving business problems, is comfortable working with clients, and can take ownership of implementation tasks from requirement gathering through go-live and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Zoho Implementation: Manage end-to-end implementation of Zoho applications, from requirement gathering and business analysis to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• CRM Configuration and Customization: Configure Zoho CRM modules, custom fields, layouts, workflows, validation rules, blueprints, assignment rules, and automation based on client requirements.
• Zoho One Applications: Work with applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, and other relevant Zoho apps.
• Business Process Analysis: Understand client workflows, document requirements, and recommend practical ways to improve sales, finance, customer support, and operational processes using Zoho.
• Workflow Automation: Set up business rules, automated notifications, approval processes, and cross-application workflows to reduce manual work.
• Data Migration: Import and migrate data from spreadsheets, legacy CRM systems, and other business applications while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
• Integrations and Scripting: Assist with third-party integrations using APIs, webhooks, Zoho Flow, and Deluge scripting, depending on project requirements.
• Testing and Documentation: Prepare test scenarios, validate configurations, document system processes, and resolve issues identified during user acceptance testing.
• Client Training: Conduct user training sessions, explain configured workflows, and help clients adopt their new systems.
• Project Coordination: Track implementation tasks, communicate progress, manage assigned deliverables, and work with internal teams to meet project timelines.
• Post-Go-Live Support: Troubleshoot functional issues, address client queries, and recommend improvements as business requirements evolve.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Zoho CRM implementation, configuration, or customization.
• Working knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem, particularly Zoho CRM and Zoho One.
• Familiarity with Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, or other Zoho applications.

• Experience working with a Zoho implementation partner or SaaS consulting team.
• Exposure to client-facing implementation projects across multiple industries.
