Infobyd Software Solutions Pty is seeking a CRM Developer in Indore, India, to work on Salesforce and Zoho CRM projects. The role requires 1+ year hands-on experience and a solid grasp of CRM processes across sales, support and marketing.

The chosen candidate will customize Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, LWC basics), implement Zoho CRM automations, and integrate systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Salesforce and/or Zoho CRM development.
• Solid understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Support, Marketing).
• Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce (Apex, Visualforce, LWC basics).
• Experience in developing workflows, automation, and custom modules in Zoho CRM.
• Familiarity with Zoho Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator apps.
• Knowledge of integration techniques using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Basic understanding of data migration, cleansing, and management tools (e.g., Salesforce Data Loader, Zoho Import tools).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification (optional but preferred).
• Zoho CRM Developer Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
