Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a YouTube Strategist. The YouTube Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive content strategies to grow the organization’s YouTube presence and engagement. Key responsibilities include analyzing video performance metrics, optimizing video titles, thumbnails, keywords, and tags, collaborating with the production team for video creation, and implementing audience engagement plans. The strategist will also monitor digital trends, track competition, and propose new content ideas to maximize the channel’s growth and viewer reach.
