Job summary

Mentors Eduserv is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing / YouTube Manager to drive growth across YouTube, paid ads, SEO and social media. You will lead channel growth, optimize campaigns, and coordinate with content and design teams to deliver measurable results.

The role requires hands-on expertise in YouTube analytics, Google/Meta ads, and content-driven campaigns aimed at admissions and engagement. Mumbai-based, full-time with a fast-paced, EdTech environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in YouTube channel growth and optimization.
• Proven ability to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics and audience insights.
• Experience driving leads and conversions through digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated growth strategy across YouTube, social media, paid media and SEO.
• Plan and optimize Google and Meta advertising campaigns for lead generation.
• Coordinate with Content, Creative, Video Editing and Sales teams for campaigns.
• Track KPIs and prepare performance reports; test new formats and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Paid Media and SEO growth strategy.
• Take responsibility for YouTube channel growth and performance.
• Plan and execute Google and Meta advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign and channel data to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the Content, Graphic Design, Video Editing and Sales teams.
• Develop content and advertising strategies aligned with admissions and business objectives.
• Track daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Continuously test new content formats, ad creatives, audiences and growth strategies.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends.
• Optimize the complete digital funnel from content/ad landing page lead conversion.
• Ensure marketing activities generate measurable business outcomes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in YouTube Management, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn handling & growth.
• Strong hands-on experience with YouTube channel growth.
• Good understanding of YouTube Analytics and YouTube SEO.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical and performance marketing mindset.
• Understanding of website, social media and YouTube SEO.
• Experience with lead-generation campaigns is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and reporting.
• Ability to work with cross-functional creative and content teams.
• Strong communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from EdTech, Education, Coaching, Media, Content, or Lead-Generation businesses will be preferred.

Candidates who have successfully grown a YouTube channel, generated leads through digital campaigns, or managed performance marketing budgets will have an advantage.
