Job summary

Toprankers is seeking a YouTube Growth Head to lead and scale our YouTube ecosystem across education and exam-prep brands. You will drive growth, engagement, and lead generation by building a data-driven content strategy and collaborating with content, marketing, and academic teams.

The role demands 3–7 years in YouTube growth, strong analytics, and a track record of growing channels in EdTech or media. This is a full-time, on-site position in Bhopal, India.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in YouTube Growth, YouTube Marketing, Digital Growth, or Content-led Growth.
• Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics, SEO, CTR, and audience retention.
• Proven experience growing YouTube channels and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in EdTech, education, media, or content-driven business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall YouTube growth strategy across Toprankers’ channels.
• Build YouTube as a lead-generation channel, with an expectation of generating a minimum of 20% of the overall leads.
• Develop content strategies based on audience behaviour, search trends, competitor analysis, and YouTube analytics.
• Identify opportunities across long-form videos, Shorts, live sessions, webinars, and other YouTube formats.
• Work closely with content, creative, faculty, academic, and marketing teams to plan and execute high-performing content.
• Monitor key metrics including views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, subscriber growth, engagement, and lead generation.
• Drive YouTube SEO through effective use of titles, thumbnails, keywords, descriptions, and content positioning.
• Build and manage the YouTube content calendar around student requirements, entrance-exam cycles, and business priorities.
• Analyse channel performance and continuously optimise content and campaigns for growth and conversions.
• Lead the YouTube team and ensure timely execution of the growth plan.

• Experience in EdTech, education, media, or a content-driven business will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, strategic, leadership, and execution skills.
