About the Role

We are seeking a YouTube Intern who is eager to learn the science behind content growth.

This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants real-world experience, not just a certificate. You will be directly involved in the operational side of our channels, assisting with publishing workflows, metadata optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Channel Operations: Assist in the daily management of publishing schedules and ensure smooth upload workflows for large-scale content libraries.
• Content Optimization: Work on optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to maximize reach and click-through rates (CTR).
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor YouTube Analytics to track video performance, audience retention, and growth metrics.
• Market Research: Keep track of trends within the kids' content space to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all content meets platform guidelines and internal quality standards before publishing.
