About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and energetic Assistant Director to support the execution of high-quality, engaging short-form content for kids. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands digital storytelling, and can manage on-set chaos with calm efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in planning and executing shoots from pre-production to post-production
• Coordinate with cast, crew, and production teams to ensure smooth shoot flow
• Manage shot divisions, scheduling, and on-ground execution
• Ensure timelines are met while maintaining content quality
• Support basic editing workflows and coordination with post-production

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of short-form content, including hook-driven storytelling and fast pacing
• High level of safety awareness, especially while working with kids (no risky setups or unsafe practices)
• High energy attitude with zero ego — ability to stay calm and solution-oriented in chaotic environments
• Basic technical knowledge of shots, coordination, shot division, scheduling, and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Mandatory Requirement

• A laptop that supports Adobe Premiere Pro is required

• Prior experience in kids’ content or digital/video production
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
