Apart from kids content, there is a vast library of STEM infotainment content created for young adults and recipes content for a growing audience. YoBoHo got acquired by Visional Pop in December 2024, a new U.S.-based entertainment company focused on developing animated intellectual property (IP) franchises with top online content creators. YoBoHo leverages cutting-edge AI tools to create engaging content for young and general audiences around the world.

Role Description

Manage the day-to-day operations of STEM Infotainment channels, ensuring consistent content execution, optimization, and performance growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily YouTube channel operations and publishing workflows
• Plan and execute content upload schedules aligned with content strategy
• Optimize videos using SEO best practices (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails)
• Create and manage playlists to improve watch time and session duration
• Coordinate with editors and designers for high-quality videos and thumbnails
• Monitor performance metrics (views, CTR, AVD, watch time) and drive improvements
• Ensure adherence to YouTube policies and content guidelines
• Manage and grow Instagram and Facebook pages, including content posting, optimization, and audience engagement.

Requirements

• Experience in YouTube channel management (STEM / Infotainment preferred)
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram & Facebook) is required
• Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, and audience retention
• Ability to analyze data and optimize content performance
• Experience managing multiple channels and workflows
• Strong coordination and execution skills
