BabyBillion in Bengaluru is seeking a content lead to launch new kids IP weekly from concept to script to finished episodes. You will track daily metrics and optimize content with a cross-functional team to maximize engagement.

You will guide writers, AI artists, editors, and sound designers, setting weekly output and quality standards to ensure consistent growth of popular IPs and Shorts.

BabyBillion runs one of the world's biggest kids' YouTube channels, with 22M+ subscribers, and the BabyBillion App, where Indian families watch content made for their kids. We're building the next wave of kids' IPs. Each one gets tested on the App, and the winners grow into full shows.

About the Role

You'll lead a content pod for the BabyBillion App. Every week you'll launch a new IP, read the content data, and put more behind what works while cutting what doesn't, fast.

What You'll Do

• Launch at least one new kids' IP on the App every week, from idea to script to finished episodes.
• Track content metrics for every IP every day: watch time, completion rate, repeat views and drop-off points.
• Double down on winners with more episodes, spin-offs and Shorts, and kill weak IPs quickly.
• Lead a pod of writers, AI generation artists, editors and sound, and set its weekly output and quality bar.
• Share a weekly pod review on what launched, what worked, what you're cutting and what's next.

You Are

• Obsessed with data and with content in equal measure. You open the dashboard before you open the script.
• Someone with 3 to 7 years in content production, kids' content, YouTube, OTT or a consumer app, with hits you can point to.
• Fast and ruthless: you'd rather test 10 ideas than polish one.
• A strong storyteller who knows what makes kids aged 0 to 8 rewatch something and what makes parents trust it.
• Comfortable with AI video, voice and editing tools, or quick to pick them up.
• A hands-on leader who can run a small team and still produce work yourself.

Bonus Points

• Experience growing a kids' channel or show from zero.
• Experience with YouTube Analytics or a similar content dashboard.
• Hindi or other Indian-language content experience.
