Bigtrunk in Mumbai is seeking a Sr. Executive - YouTube to develop and execute channel strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.

You will manage the end-to-end content calendar, including uploads, Shorts, playlists, and community content. The role involves keyword research, optimization of titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for discoverability, plus tracking analytics and reporting with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute YouTube channel strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage the end-to-end YouTube content calendar, including video uploads, Shorts, playlists, and community content.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, thumbnails, and metadata for discoverability.
• Track YouTube Analytics, including views, watch time, CTR, audience retention, engagement, subscribers, and traffic sources.
• Identify content trends, competitor activity, and emerging formats to improve channel performance.
• Work closely with content writers, designers, video editors, social media teams, and account managers.
• Provide creative inputs for video concepts, hooks, thumbnails, titles, and Shorts.
• Monitor channel performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
• Support YouTube SEO and audience-growth initiatives.
• Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes, platform features, creator trends, and best practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and publishing of content.
• Experiment with different content formats and A/B testing opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
