Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in YouTube channel management, digital marketing, content, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of YouTube Analytics, SEO, content optimization, audience behavior, and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent understanding of YouTube content formats, audience engagement, and channel growth.
• Experience working with content, creative, or social media teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven YouTube growth and content strategies
• Own end-to-end channel operations, including publishing, scheduling, playlists, and content calendars
• Optimize video titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, and thumbnails to improve discoverability and CTR
• Monitor key performance metrics including CTR, watch time, audience retention, engagement, views, and subscriber growth
• Analyze content performance and provide actionable insights to improve future content
• Track competitor activity, emerging trends, and new content opportunities
• Manage audience engagement through comments, polls, and Community posts
• Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, video editors, designers, and social media teams
• Prepare regular performance reports and present recommendations to stakeholders
• Support channel monetization initiatives while ensuring compliance with YouTube policies, copyright, and brand guidelines
