Qualifications

• Agency/digital media experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end YouTube channel strategies aligned with business and content objectives.
• Plan and manage the YouTube content calendar, including long-form videos, Shorts, and other formats.
• Drive channel growth, engagement, watch time, subscribers, and overall performance.
• Conduct YouTube SEO, including keyword research, titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, and metadata optimization.
• Analyse YouTube Analytics and identify insights to improve content performance and audience retention.
• Track metrics such as CTR, watch time, retention, impressions, views, engagement, and subscriber growth.
• Work with content, creative, production, social media, and client servicing teams to develop high-performing content.
• Identify emerging YouTube trends, formats, creators, and content opportunities.
• Develop strategies for improving video discoverability and organic reach.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify content gaps and growth opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Manage video publishing, scheduling, optimization, thumbnails, playlists, and channel hygiene.
• Collaborate with creative teams on thumbnail strategy, video packaging, hooks, titles, and formats.
• Support YouTube monetization and revenue-growth initiatives where applicable.
• Stay updated with changes to the YouTube algorithm, policies, features, and best practices.
• Manage multiple channels/projects simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and performance delivery.
