Job summary

Cureskin in Bengaluru is seeking a highly creative Writer & Producer to craft high-converting video advertisements. You will own the process from insight to script and production, collaborating with editors and creators to push performance.

This role focuses on performance marketing, not traditional branding, requiring a proven ability to write compelling scripts, produce short-form videos for Meta, YouTube, and other platforms, and continually optimize creatives based on data.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in performance creative, copywriting, content production, digital advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of direct-response and performance marketing.
• Proven ability to write high-converting video ad scripts.
• Experience producing short-form video content for digital platforms.

This is not a traditional content or brand marketing role. Your primary responsibility will be to create performance marketing ads that capture attention, communicate the right message, and drive measurable business results.

You will own the creative process from identifying customer insights and writing scripts to producing the ad, working with creators and editors, and continuously improving creatives based on performance data.
