Job summary

Ojas Softech in Uttar Pradesh is seeking a Performance Creative Strategist to own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid campaigns across Meta, Google and YouTube.

You will craft hooks, ad copies, scripts and messaging to drive engagement and conversions, and collaborate with Designers and Content Creators to deliver high-quality creatives.

Lead A/B testing on hooks, thumbnails, and formats; analyze CTR, CVR and ROAS to inform optimizations and stay ahead of trends in AI-powered creative tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance creative strategy for Meta Ads, Google Ads or YouTube campaigns.
• Candidates from product-based/consumer internet businesses, mobile apps, D2C brands, gaming, fintech, edtech, healthtech, or e‑commerce companies.

Role & responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative strategy for performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and YouTube.


• Develop high-converting creative concepts, ad copies, scripts, and messaging for paid campaigns.


• Create compelling hooks and optimize hold rate to maximize engagement and conversions.


• Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to ideate, test, and scale winning creatives.


• Conduct A/B testing on hooks, creatives, messaging, CTAs, thumbnails, and formats to improve campaign performance.


• Analyze creative performance using metrics such as CTR, CVR, CAC, CPA, ROAS, Hook Rate, and Hold Rate.


• Research competitor ads, consumer trends, and market insights to identify winning creative angles.


• Collaborate with Designers, Video Editors, and Content Creators to execute high-quality performance creatives.


• Drive continuous creative experimentation and optimization based on campaign data.


• Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, AI tools, and short-form content.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Performance Creative Strategy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, or YouTube campaigns.


• Candidates from product-based companies, consumer internet businesses, mobile apps, D2C brands, gaming, fintech, edtech, healthtech, or e‑commerce companies.


• Hands‑on experience in creating performance-first video and static creatives that drive measurable business outcomes.


• Strong understanding of consumer psychology, creative testing, and conversion-focused storytelling.


• Experience collaborating closely with Performance Marketing teams to improve acquisition metrics.


• Familiarity with UGC‑style creatives, short‑form video content, and AI‑powered creative tools.


• Experience with app installation campaigns is preferred but not mandatory.
