Job summary

Dr Veda is hiring a Lead of Writer & Producer - Performance Creative to craft high-converting video ads that stop the scroll and drive measurable results. You will own the end-to-end creative process—from insights and scripting to production and optimization—working with creators and editors to iterate based on performance data.

The role requires 7-9 years in performance-driven writing and production, with a strong grasp of direct-response marketing and the ability to produce short-form video

Salary Budget - 10 LPA to 15 LPA

We're looking for a highly creative, performance-driven Writer & Producer to create high-converting video ads for Dr. Veda.

This is not a traditional content or brand marketing role.

You'll be responsible for creating performance creatives that stop the scroll, communicate the right message, and drive measurable business results.

You'll own the creative process end-to-end - from finding customer insights and writing scripts to producing ads, working with creators & editors, and continuously improving creatives based on performance data.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 7-9 years of experience in performance creative, copywriting, content production, digital advertising, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of direct-response & performance marketing
• Proven ability to write high-converting video ad scripts
• Experience producing short-form video content for digital platforms
• Someone who thinks beyond "good content" and understands what makes people stop, watch, click & buy
• Strong creative instincts combined with a data-driven mindset

Bonus Points If You Have Experience In

• D2C or consumer internet brands
• Skincare, health, wellness, beauty or personal care
• UGC & creator-led advertising
• Scaling creatives through testing, iteration and performance data
