Job summary

TRU Hair & Skin is seeking a Performance Marketing Script Writer to craft high-converting scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other campaigns. The role focuses on hooks, concepts and concise messaging that drive sales and conversions.

You will create influencer-ready scripts at scale, translating product benefits and cosmetic science into clear communications. You will refine scripts through competitor insights and collaborate with marketing, influencer and creative teams to keep a steady

• Write high-converting scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other performance marketing campaigns.
• Develop strong hooks, concepts and storylines focused on driving sales and conversions.
• Write scripts that can be easily executed by influencers and creators at scale, without requiring complicated production.
• Convert product benefits, consumer pain points and cosmetic science into simple, engaging and convincing communication.
• Develop multiple script variations across different hooks, angles, influencers and target audiences.
• Study competitor creatives, trends and ad performance to continuously improve scripts.
• Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Influencer and Creative teams to maintain a continuous pipeline of testable content.
