Job summary

Shri Krishna Motors Pvt. Ltd. in Etah, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our automobile service workshop.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, supervise service advisors and technicians, monitor KPIs, coordinate spare parts, manage warranties, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years in automobile dealership workshop, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in handling dealership operations and workshop KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Support Staff.
• Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer vehicles with high service quality.
• Achieve workshop KPIs, revenue, labour, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Handle warranty claims, spare parts coordination, and technical escalations.
• Monitor vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and reduce repeat repairs.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and audit requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop performance reports.
• Train, motivate, and develop the workshop team.

Salary

Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
