Job summary

Pagaar India is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations of our two-wheeler service center in India. You will be responsible for ensuring quality repairs per Hero MotoCorp standards, allocating technicians, coordinating parts, handling warranties, and driving customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years in two-wheeler service, a Diploma/Engineering degree, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in two-wheeler workshop or service operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Hero MotoCorp vehicles and repair processes.
• Experience in managing a small team of technicians.
• Good problem-solving skills and customer-first approach.
• Strong sense of ownership, integrity and accountability towards assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
