Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group seeks an OCM consultant to guide organisations through transformation, drive user adoption, and ensure changes stick.

You will design change strategies, plan initiatives, engage stakeholders, perform readiness assessments, and develop communications and training to support ERP/HCM implementations.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in OCM, strong governance and risk management skills, and a proven track record of workforce transformation.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of overall experience, with at least 4 years in Organisational Change Management (OCM).
