Job summary

Tekskills in Bengaluru, India is seeking an experienced Workday tester to join our delivery team. The candidate should have 5-6 years of hands-on testing experience across Core HCM, Recruiting configurations, and integrations.

You will design and execute test cases, perform functional, regression, and UAT testing, document results, manage defects, and ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience of 5-6 years in Workday Testing.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand Core HCM, Recruiting configurations and business processes.
• Design and execute test cases for employee lifecycle events, job changes, compensation updates, and organizational structure changes.
• Validate system functionality through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document test results, track defects, and support resolution efforts.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute test cases for Workday modules.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to validate configurations.
• Manage defects and track resolutions through to closure.
• Conduct functional/regression/UAT testing and report outcomes.
