We are looking for a Workday HCM & Financials Testing Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Workday HCM and Financials testing, including test planning, execution & defect tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for Workday HCM and Financials modules.
2. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday.
3. Identify, document, and track defects and system issues, working with stakeholders to resolve them.
4. Validate business processes, security roles, and system integrations in Workday.
5. Support Workday implementation, upgrades, and configuration changes through testing.
