Job summary

Axihire Advisors in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned Workday SME focused on Recruiting and HCM to optimize system design, configuration, and processes. You will resolve BAU issues and prepare user documentation while actively participating in Workday releases to leverage new features.

The role requires 5+ years in HRIS with at least 3 years in Workday Recruiting, strong communication, and the ability to develop tests, reports, and dashboards for global stakeholders across US, EMEA, and APAC

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Recruiting and HCM configurations for customers of all sizes.
• Strong presentation skills and data translation to respective stakeholders.
• Build test plans and perform required tests for successful implementation.
• Knowledge of ticket tool systems (ServiceNow, Jira) to prioritize & manage service requests.
• Development of standard management reports, people metrics and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years HRIS work experience with minimum 3+ years experience on Workday Recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Workday certification is a Plus.
