This role requires strong knowledge of Workday testing and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable working in Agile environments and mentoring junior QA team members.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Workday Implementation Testing.
• Excellent knowledge of SIT, Integration, Regression, End-to-End, and UAT testing.
• Experience supporting defect triage and test execution.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Test Lead with strong Workday implementation testing experience to lead functional and integration testing across Workday implementation, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently driving testing activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high‑quality project delivery.

Exposure to Phenom Talent Experience Management (TXM) is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Workday testing across implementation and enhancement projects.
• Prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases, RTM, Test Data, and execute SIT, Integration, Regression, End‑to‑End, and UAT testing.
• Validate Workday integrations and ensure complete functional coverage.
• Support defect triage, test execution, deployment, and Hypercare activities.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants, Developers, Business Users, and client stakeholders.
• Mentor junior QA team members and support automation initiatives.
