Qualifications

• Experience of 5-6 years in Workday Testing
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand Core HCM , Recruiting configurations and business processes.
• Design and execute test cases for employee lifecycle events, job changes, compensation updates, and organizational structure changes.
• Validate system functionality through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document test results, track defects, and support resolution efforts.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge in Workday Integrations
