Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced Workday Testing Specialist to join our QA team in an India-based role. The candidate will collaborate with functional consultants to understand Core HCM, Recruiting configurations, and business processes, and will design tests for employee lifecycle events and organizational changes.

The role requires hands-on testing across functional and regression cycles, including UAT, with emphasis on data integrity and compliance with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience of 5-6 years in Workday Testing.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand Core HCM, Recruiting configurations and business processes.
• Design and execute test cases for employee lifecycle events, job changes, compensation updates, and organizational structure changes.
• Validate system functionality through functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Document test results, track defects, and support resolution efforts.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with business requirements.
