Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Workday Learning.
• Experience approving and validating Workday Learning configuration and build activities.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Audience Builder.
• Familiarity with commonly used HCM reporting criteria and worker attributes used for audience creation.
• Experience working with Workday calculated fields, including understanding how security impacts calculated field results.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Workday Learning audience and reporting issues by analyzing report logic, calculated fields, and security.
• Support enterprise-scale Workday Learning implementations or production support environments.
• Communicate findings and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly.
• Manage multiple requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday Learning security domains and business processes.
