Job summary

Mytech in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Workday reporting specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of reports and dashboards for HR and business leaders.

You will build and maintain advanced reporting artifacts including matrix, composite, trend, and BIRT reports, plus discovery boards and scorecards, while crafting complex calculated fields and KPI-based frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of reporting experience with Workday is required.
• Experience in designing and deploying Workday reports and dashboards.
• Mumbai location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday reports and dashboards.
• Build and maintain: Advanced Reports, Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, Trending Reports, BIRT Reports, Search Reports, Scorecards, Discovery Boards.
• Develop complex calculated fields and reporting logic.
• Create executive and operational dashboards for HR and business leaders.
• Design KPI and metric-based reporting frameworks.
