Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of LMS Consulting/Administration experience, with 2-3 years in Workday Learning.
• Experience configuring Workday Learning: setup, configurations, integrations, security, and customization.
• Experience in Workday Learning Administration, Reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of learning operations, compliance training, and content upload management.
• Experience in stakeholder management and gathering business requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other basic tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and project management skills.
• Strong communication; ability to present complex information clearly.
• Workday Certification in Learning (preferred).
• Basic understanding and hands-on of SAP LSO (preferred).
