Job summary

Grant Thornton Bharat Llp seeks an experienced Workday LMS specialist in Delhi to design, implement, and maintain our Learning Management System supporting employee training and development initiatives.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, migrate data from legacy systems, and develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for end users.

Qualifications

• 6-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting with expertise in Workday LMS.
• Strong understanding of LMS principles, best practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in configuring complex workflows within an LMS environment; troubleshooting configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Workday LMS to support training programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements for LMS configuration, integration, and reporting.
• Migrate data from legacy systems into Workday LMS using CSV or API integrations.
