Requirements

• Support day-to-day Workday HCM operations for 2,000+ employee organization
• Process HR transactions: hires, changes, exits, org updates in Workday
• Run EIB uploads for mass data changes and new hire onboarding
• Build and maintain HR reports and dashboards for leadership
• Manage Workday tickets in ServiceNow and resolve within SLA
• Act as bridge between HR, Finance and IT for Workday system issues
