Traffic Tech is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst - Workday to support, optimize, and enhance our Workday environment. The role involves collaborating with HR leadership, configuring business processes, developing reporting, and ensuring smooth operation of Workday systems.

The ideal candidate has extensive Workday module experience, advanced reporting skills, and proficiency with Workday integrations. CST/CDT hours alignment is required, with availability to work CST/CDT time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HRIS partner to HR leadership and provide technical support across Workday modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Absence.
• Design, configure, enhance, test, and maintain Workday functionality and business processes.
• Maintain Workday business processes, workflows, condition rules, and security settings.
• Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders.
• Support and troubleshoot Workday integrations and data flows.
• Participate in system regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
• Conduct business analysis and provide recommendations based on business requirements and Workday capabilities.
• Analyze the impact of system changes and recommend appropriate configurations and solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across Workday modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system and data issues in collaboration with internal teams and Workday Support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, business processes, and data flows.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to align Workday capabilities with business requirements.
• Clearly communicate technical information and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Summary
