Logic Planet is seeking a proactive Workday HR Reporting Analyst with 12+ years of experience to design, develop and maintain comprehensive Workday reports and analytics across HR domains.

You will collaborate with HR leaders and global stakeholders to gather requirements, implement advanced reporting solutions, dashboards and data visualizations, and ensure data integrity, security and compliance while staying current with Workday releases and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Workday HR reporting experience.
• Proven ability to design and maintain HR reports across multiple HR domains.
• Strong knowledge of Workday modules and security.
• Experience building dashboards and analytics for HR leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize Workday reports including Advanced Matrix reports.
• Configure calculated fields and custom reports for complex HR needs.
• Maintain Workday Core HR, PS Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Security, Talent and Performance, Benefits and Compensation in reporting.
• Create dashboards providing actionable workforce insights.
• Collaborate with HR leaders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Role name Workday HR Reporting Analyst Experience 12 plus years Location Pan India Working hours 1230 PM to 830 PM IST Responsible for designing developing and maintaining Workday reports including Advanced Matrix Composite and Advanced Matrix reports Expertise in Workday Report Writer Workday Core HR PS Workforce Administration Workday Recruitment Workday Security Workday Talent and Performance Workday Benefit Compensation Develop calculated fields and custom reporting solutions addressing complex business needs Create dashboards providing actionable workforce insights aligned with global HR standards Establish reporting and analytics best practices including SOPs process flows and KPIs Strong focus on data integrity confidentiality and compliance with data privacy and security standards Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives Monitor Workday release updates and optimize reporting frameworks accordingly Promote continuous improvement by automating reporting processes and adopting Workday enhancements Work effectively within global crossfunctional teams sharing knowledge to build organizational capabilities

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design develop and optimize Workday reports including Advanced Matrix Composite and Advanced Matrix reports
• Configure calculated fields and custom reports to meet complex HR and business requirements
• Manage Workday modules such as Core HR PS Workforce Administration Recruitment Security Talent and Performance Benefits and Compensation in reporting
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions troubleshoot and resolve user reported issues
• Establish and document reporting processes SOPs workflows and governance frameworks
• Define and monitor KPIs related to reporting quality accuracy and service delivery
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders for requirements gathering and reporting reviews
• Provide insights and recommendations for data driven workforce decision making
• Analyze Workday updates to assess impact and implement necessary reporting changes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation and adoption of best practices
• Ensure data accuracy confidentiality and compliance with governance standards
• Lead knowledge sharing and contribute to team capability building
