Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Workday HR Reporting Analyst with strong expertise in Workday reporting, HR modules, and workforce analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining complex Workday reports while ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Advanced Matrix reports.
• Develop calculated fields and customized reporting solutions to address complex HR and business requirements.
• Work with Workday modules, including Core HR, Position Management (PS), Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Security, Talent and Performance, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Maintain and enhance existing reports, troubleshoot reporting issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Gather reporting requirements from HR leaders and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop dashboards and workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Establish reporting best practices, SOPs, workflows, KPIs, and governance frameworks.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Review Workday release updates, assess their impact on existing reports, and implement necessary enhancements.
