Job summary

Mosigma It Solutions India is seeking a Workday HR Reporting Analyst (C2H) in Hyderabad (Hybrid). You will design, develop and optimize Workday reports, including Advanced Matrix reports, and configure calculated fields to meet complex HR requirements.

You will manage Workday modules like Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Talent & Performance in reporting, ensuring data accuracy and governance. Collaboration with HR stakeholders will drive data-driven workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing and optimizing Workday reports.
• Configuring calculated fields and custom reports for HR requirements.
• Knowledge of Workday modules: Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Performance & Compensation.

Responsibilities

Role:Workday HR Reporting Analyst (C2H)

Location:Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Shift Timing: 12:30PM - 8:30PM

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design develop and optimize Workday reports including Advanced Matrix Composite and Advanced Matrix reports
• Configure calculated fields and custom reports to meet complex HR and business requirements
• Manage Workday modules such as Core HR PS Workforce Administration Recruitment Security Talent and Performance Benefits and Compensation in reporting
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions troubleshoot and resolve user reported issues
• Establish and document reporting processes SOPs workflows and governance frameworks
• Define and monitor KPIs related to reporting quality accuracy and service delivery
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders for requirements gathering and reporting reviews
• Provide insights and recommendations for data driven workforce decision-making
• Analyze Workday updates to assess impact and implement necessary reporting changes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives including automation and adoption of best practices
• Ensure data accuracy confidentiality and compliance with governance standards

Lead knowledge sharing and contribute to team capability building
