Job summary

HypTechie is seeking an experienced Workday HR Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and optimize Workday reports and dashboards. The candidate will ensure data accuracy, implement reporting best practices, and support HR and business decision-making across Workday modules.

You will work on Core HR, Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Security, Talent & Performance, Benefits and Compensation, while maintaining governance standards and data privacy compliance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience, including 10 years in Workday and 7 years in reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer and Advanced Matrix reporting.
• Expertise in calculated fields, custom reports, dashboards and reporting optimization.
• Knowledge of Workday Core HR, Workforce Administration, Recruitment, Security, Talent & Performance, Benefits and Compensation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in reporting governance, documentation and data privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize Advanced, Matrix, Composite and Advanced Matrix reports in Workday.
• Configure calculated fields and custom reporting solutions to meet complex requirements.
• Develop dashboards and workforce analytics to support HR and business decisions.

• Maintain existing reports, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Gather reporting requirements from HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Document reporting processes, SOPs, workflows, KPIs and governance standards.
• Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, security and compliance with data privacy standards.
• Review Workday release updates and implement necessary reporting changes.
• Drive reporting automation and knowledge sharing across teams.
