Job summary

Select Source International is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant/Developer to design, configure and optimize Workday modules across client projects in India. You will work on core HCM, payroll, reporting, and integrations, delivering robust business processes and scalable solutions.

The role requires strong communication with stakeholders, ability to implement upgrades, and hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB and APIs.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of Workday experience.
• Strong expertise in at least one Workday module.
• Experience in Workday configuration, business processes and reporting.
• Integration experience for technical roles.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Workday certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Workday modules and business processes.
• Develop and support Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, APIs/Web Services.
• Create reports, calculated fields and dashboards.
• Handle security configuration, testing, troubleshooting and production support.

Workday Modules: Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking, Talent, Learning, Financial Management, Adaptive Planning, Reporting, Security, Integrations, Prism Analytics and Workday Extend.

Key Responsibilities
