Job description

A Workday Reporting Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of Workday’s reporting tools and data structures.

Skills and Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Workday reporting consultant.
• Worked on both HCM and FIN modules with BIRT knowledge.
• Hands‑on experience in end‑to‑end implementation of Workday projects and in the deployment process.
• Active Workday certification is desired.
• Collaborate with the client’s project team, HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
• Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client’s business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client's expected business results.
• Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, defining a roadmap for Workday optimization.
• In‑depth knowledge of web services and solution design approaches around them.
• Ability to absorb new technologies and features quickly.
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Adaptable communicator, facilitator, influencer, and problem solver.
• Ability to multi‑task and prioritize time effectively.
